SM² effectively site managed the construction of a substantial two storey garage, hallway and utility room. In addition to the re-roofing and external insulation of our old timber framed house on the edge of Lavenham. We were delighted with the manner in which the work was carried out and in particular the standard of Scott’s craftsmanship. He managed to achieve the right balance when consulting us on design issues without bothering us with unnecessary questions. The decoration of the new build and the refurbishment was also very satisfactorily carried out by SM².

During the past year I have used both Stuart and Scott’s services on my house. Stuart concentrated on the decoration of my Victorian house and has demonstrated a skill and attention to detail that ensured I am totally satisfied with the finished results. The quality of the work he has completed has consistently been excellent, despite the challenges that he has faced with walls that are not straight! He has proven himself to complete all the jobs on time and at the agreed price and I am continuing to use his skills on a regular basis.

Scott initially worked on my loft conversion and has also completed other carpentry work for me. It is clear that the quality of work he completed was also to the highest possible standard and to get the work completed on schedule he (and his team) worked long days and weekends. The commitment he demonstrated to get the work completed was outstanding and the finish was of the quality you only get when using skilled professionals.

It is rare to find a good tradesman today that work hard to the highest possible standards with a focus on producing the best possible results. I have been extremely fortunate to find two people who work together and who have consistently exceeded my expectations.
